We are offering a Compliance Program to help clients who desire our services stay in compliance with IDEM. With our growing clientele, we find we no longer have time to check on all our IDEM approved clients to see if they need or want our help.
By joining, you are entering into a one-year contract with Agronomic Solutions. All you must do is sign the annual contract and pay the annual retainer fee. Our part in this annual renewable agreement is to keep you updated on IDEM requirements, make sure your Operating Records are updated each contract year, provide you with the forms which must be completed to stay in compliance, etc.
Retainer Fee: $595 per year – covers 6 hours of work each contract year. If there are additional hours, they will be billed on a “per hour” basis. However, unused hours will be rolled over to be used in any of the following years that you go over the 6 hours. Hours will not be lost!
By your enrolling in this Compliance Program, we will provide the following:
- Notification of all IDEM requirements as it affects your operation
- Rule changes and updates
- A quarterly newsletter with updates on IDEM regulations, manure management, helpful information, etc.
- Consulting as needed
- Operating Records Binder updates each year
- New 590 Standard Map
- Updated Manure Rate Guide
- Process manure spreading records
- Notification of Category 14 Private Applicators Recertification (PARP) opportunities
- “Report Card” on how well you are keeping your records
- “Spreading Records” and “Distribution Records” duplicate forms and a sufficient quantity of “Weekly Inspection” forms
- IDEM renewals
Not included in the annual retainer fee:
- Soil sampling (as the number of samples is not equal for all clients)
- Manure sample testing
- Mileage to the farm for the site visit (this varies)
- New IDEM Construction Permit Applications
Signing the contract with Agronomic Solutions LLC does not guarantee that you will never be in violation with IDEM. However, we (Agronomic Solutions) will do our best to help you keep your records up to date to avoid problems with IDEM.
